Meet Noelle.  She’s an award winning Hedge/Bush & Shrubbery Artist, influenced as a child by the movie Edward Scissorhands.  She’s quick with a blade, slow with a joke, and loves unfastening buckles.  She’s a Sagittarius and her measurements are 4”x4”x2”.
