*SHIPPING* For now I am only shipping to the US. Shipping, no matter how large your purchase, is $5.00 flat rate. If you’re outside of the US, message me and I’ll try my best to work something out for you. Please allow 48 hours to process your order for shipping. Orders are sent First Class, normally 3-5 days, but with COVID, it’s been taking a bit longer. If you’re from the Boston area and would like to arrange to pick up your order, contact me BEFORE placing your order – I can arrange a price without shipping cost.
*Payment Options – PayPal, Credit and Debit cards. If you’re picking up your order – cash is cool, exact change is appreciated.
*Privacy Policy – Any information shared with Cobwella’s Designs is private and protected. No information is shared with any third parties.
*Please be cautious when putting on or taking off your stone bracelets. Although they are durable, I recommend ‘rolling them’ up or down your hand rather than over-stretching the bracelet . Also, wearing them in water may weaken the stretch cord. If you do break it, and have all the beads, contact me; I’ll restring it for free, you just pay for the shipping. Don’t worry, I got you.
*Returns and Refunds – If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund if returned to me within 10 days. After that time period there will be no refunds. You may always contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
