Meet Judy. She’s a Paint Splash artist that loves the 1980’s. She enjoys big hair on a small budget, gifting friendship bangle bracelets, wearing pink with leopard print, and she often hides in candy bowls to scare unsuspecting children. She’s an Aquarius, and her measurements are 3”x4”. Made with wire, glass, and metal beads. Her chain/leash measures 10” long, and is detachable so she may run free.
